Ringo

Set within Godrej One’s sculptural park, Ringo is a boulangerie and wine bar that blends mid-century modern design with European café culture, creating a space that shifts seamlessly from day to night.

Ringo, A Boulangerie & Wine Bar, in Mumbai's Godrej One Sculptural Park

Ringo is a boulangerie and wine bar located within the Godrej One Sculptural Park in Mumbai. Set in a calm, art-driven environment, the space brings together architecture, landscape, and everyday dining in a seamless manner, offering a relaxed setting for both daytime and evening visits.

The design draws from mid-century modern aesthetics and European café culture, blending the warmth of an Italian social space with the understated charm of a French boulangerie. The interiors feel timeless yet contemporary, creating a welcoming atmosphere suited for morning pastries, casual coffees, or a quiet glass of wine at the end of the day.

Designed to Evolve with the Sunlight

Ringo isn’t just a café or just a wine bar, it’s both, depending on when you step in. By day, the scent of fresh bread drifts through curved walls and warm wood cabinetry. By night, the same corners glow softly, the communal table becomes a place for conversation over clinking glasses, and the wine bar’s floating shelves draw you in like a quiet invitation to linger a little longer.

The design is thoughtful in how it shifts its mood. What started as a bare, rigid shell is now a softened space of tactile materials: warm BTC wood, micro concrete walls, custom terrazzo table tops, and vintage pieces lovingly upcycled in leather. The earthy palette of camel leathers, olive and forest greens, deep reds and creamy neutrals keeps things grounded, while playful accents like the red mushroom lamp add moments of surprise. You’ll find your own favourite spot at Ringo, perhaps the gallery wall corner with its framed photo artworks, or the sofa by the planters in hand-thrown ceramic vessels. The décor is quietly layered: globe pendants and mushroom desk lamps by independent Indian designers, shelves that display bottles of wine alongside books, and objects that change with the seasons.

Rooted in the Everyday

Above all, Ringo was imagined as a ritual space. A place that doesn’t impose a mood but adapts to yours. Somewhere you can arrive at 10 a.m. and stay until 10 p.m., moving between the warm hum of a boulangerie and the easy intimacy of a neighbourhood wine bar all inside the calm, art-filled surroundings of Godrej One’s sculptural park. In a city that’s always on the move, Ringo asks you to slow down, and maybe stay for one more glass.
